Best Date Night Restaurants in Irvine

Came here for happy hour and it was delicious. The Margarita was perfect for an after-work-stress-relief. In addition to the margarita, we had the charcuterie board and truffle fries. Both provided a perfect amount of food for two people. Definitely will be back again for happy hour and maybe try some dinner menu items as well.

If you’re craving a hearty, flavor-packed dining experience, a Brazilian steakhouse is the place to be—and this one did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, the rich aroma of grilled meats and the warm, rustic decor set the tone for an indulgent evening. The concept was classic rodízio style: endless servings of various grilled meats brought tableside by servers wielding skewers. The selection was impressive—picanha, fraldinha, linguiça, and bacon-wrapped filet were just a few of the highlights. Each cut was cooked to juicy perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning to let the natural flavor of the meat shine. The salad bar was far from an afterthought. It featured a well-curated mix of fresh greens, marinated vegetables, cheeses, and traditional Brazilian sides like farofa and feijoada. It balanced out the richness of the meats nicely. Service was top-notch: attentive without being overbearing. The servers were friendly and happy to explain the cuts, and they kept the meat coming without much of a wait.

We were there in the afternoon so very quiet but perfect for conversation. Food was delicious. I strongly recommend the Ropa Vieja. Delicious. Great vibe at the Irvine Spectrum location.
