The Northwest free-range chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with fresh, local flavors that highlighted the region’s bounty. The Thai seafood stew was a standout—vibrant, aromatic, and packed with fresh seafood in a rich, perfectly spiced broth that left us savoring every spoonful. For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée, which was an absolute delight with its creamy texture and perfectly caramelized crust. Paired with two expertly brewed coffees, it was the ideal finish to an incredible meal. The service was impeccable, with staff who were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about creating a wonderful experience. The stunning views and elegant setting only added to the charm of the evening. We can’t wait to return to Salish Lodge for another unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend!
