Welcome to the Lodge at Salhouse, we are a family run pub occupying a charming 19th century vicarage. The pub has recently been renovated, including comfortable bedrooms set in seven acres of countryside garden.We are fortunate to be surrounded by the picturesque Norfolk Broads, while Salhouse boasts numerous scenic walks for both guests and four-legged friends to enjoy.The neighbouring village of Wroxham provides plentiful amenities including a department store, local shops and cafes, and is popular with holidaymakers wishing to hire boats - we would all agree that one of the best ways to experience the Broads is on the water!Norfolk also boasts 90 miles of award-winning coastline, with lots of variety to explore. From sandy beaches and rugged cliffs to salt marshes, there really is a beach for everyone! Here at the Lodge our closest stretch of beach is only a half-hour drive away.

Excellent service and excellent food. George and his team are all very professional. So good we booked for Sunday lunch the next day which again was delicious. Highly recommend this fantastic establishment. 5stars plus.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was incredible – beautifully cooked, full of flavour and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Our waitress was absolutely lovely, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel so welcome throughout our meal. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and has such a lovely atmosphere. It feels completely different from the pub downstairs, in the best possible way – a real hidden gem with its own special character and feel. We had such a wonderful evening and will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommend!
