Gregorio's, ubicado en el centro de Carlsbad, ofrece gastronomía italiana. Anteriormente conocido como Spirito's, ha estado sirviendo deliciosa comida italiana durante casi 25 años. Originalmente fue creado por una pareja de la Costa Este para compartir sus recetas familiares.
