If you’re craving an unforgettable all-you-can-eat steakhouse experience, this Brazilian spot absolutely delivers. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone—warm, vibrant, and full of energy. But what truly made the night stand out was the impeccable service, especially from our server, Ramon. Ramon was top-tier—attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about each cut of meat, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had an amazing time. He checked in regularly, remembered our favorite cuts, and made sure our table was never without fresh sides or clean plates. You could tell he takes real pride in what he does.

This is absolutely our favorite breakfast restaurant. The Pink Hippo Eggs and Giant Cinnamon Roll are incredible.

We had eaten at Castle Hills Tu Asador several times, and were looking forward to a great meal at Encino. They didn’t disappoint! In fact, they exceeded our expectations in almost every way. We chose rib eye medium rare sliced on the board. It was delicious and cooked exactly as requested. We also chose potatoes, and roasted veggies as sides. Next visit we will order 2 sides of veggies. We also chose to order desserts (unusual for us) — which complemented our dining experience perfectly. Our server, Brian, was attentively helpful. He even honored my request for a Veterans discount! The only ding I would give was the excessive noise level, but that was understandable given the fact that there were several large dining parties, and live music. On a final positive note, all of the servers moved about the room quickly, as if they were on a mission. They were, and succeeded admirably. We will be back! Excellent!
