A cozy dinner with incredibly welcoming staff. Sit at the counter and watch the team work their magic all night. Delicious wine and bites. We felt like we were sitting at our friend’s kitchen counter all night, laughing and snacking along the way.

I just had the most delightful meal at Jolene. I started with a cocktail - white port and soda with a squeeze of lemon, perfect for a sunny evening. I then had the straccone and carosello cucumbers. Straccone is a bit like burrata and the cucumbers were crisp and sweet. The dish was perfectly seasoned and topped with an herb that looked like basil, but was a little milder. Every forkful was fantastic. Then I had the tagliatelle with a pork ragu that included girolles. A total flavor bomb (I finished the sauce with a spoon!). I ended with the panna cotta topped with amarena cherries and candied hazelnut crunch. It was so delicious I almost ordered another one. The panna cotta was smooth and creamy and the dark, sweet/tart, syrupy cherries with the crunchy nuts was perfection. The bartender who served me at the counter, as well as the rest of the staff, were all lovely and friendly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
