Best Casual Restaurants in Saint Augustine Beach

Literally a hidden gem!!! This is a place you want to go! Homemade everything & amazing customer service. Visiting from Jacksonville with family, we decided to go to Terra & Acqua, we were not disappointed! The homemade pasta were delicious and their desserts were amazing

Great experience. Service was great and everything from the appetizers to the main coarse was excellent. Homemade bread and sweet potato ravioli was amazing and the sea bass and steak frites was the same. Intrigued by the pre order menu so can’t wait to go back for the Bronzino. Prices were high but definitely worth it. Atmosphere was equals great as the food.

We have eaten here several times previously and the food was excellent. However today the food was only fair and we were a little disappointed. Even though the food was only fair we still gave 4 stars only because the service was exceptional. If this was our first time here we probably wouldn’t come back. Since we had Good service and good food on previous visits we’ll give a second chance in the future and hope today’s food quality was just a fluke or off day.

My wife and I just completed a long weekend in St. Augustine. The highlight of that trip was our dining experience at La Cocina. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was absolutely excellent as was the San Sebastian wine. We would like to give a special, well deserved, shout out to our server, Javier who was more than excellent. He made our dining experience truly memorable! We will be visiting St. Augustine again in the not too distant future and will be certain to dine at La Cocina again. Many thanks for a wonderful evening!

The food was fantastic, and our server was terrific. The menu was very cool, it was on a tablet, so it was easy to read in mid light levels, and had lots of information if you wanted to expound on an item; very well done. The only negative I'd like to report is that I booked the reservation using open table, I mentioned it was for a special occasion (specifically selecting an area away from the bar), yet when I arrived, they seated us by the bar with all the screaming kids and loud people. Not good. We had to politely reject and ask to be seated elsewhere, and then were seated at a deuce on a busy hallway/walkway. Sadly it diminished the otherwise tasty food and experience.
