Best Casual Restaurants in Fernandina Beach

Lagniappe has an upbeat, visually attractive, young at heart style. We always enjoy the food, the surroundings and importantly, the service. It is a bit loud, but not distracting. Take a look at the kitchen = fast paced, immaculate, this team is good! Don’t ask for her hand in marriage here, but definitely go there to celebrate!!!

Had reservations- liked getting a follow up email the day before to confirm the reservation. Was seated promptly- restaurant was busy - we were waited on almost immediately. Tammy was great- rolled out the specials expertly then answered all our questions. The drinks arrived quickly- the appetizers followed. They even split the salad for us-as they brought it on two plates. We shared the French Country salad- fantastic-what a great combination. The entries-arrived timely and off the chart delicious. Cajun Shrimp and one of the special for the evening- short ribs. And we finished off the evening with the bread pudding- I have a sweet tooth- excellent!! Pricing was very reasonable-all the staff was very helpful- will definitely be back.

The toilet ran all day and all night. Rooms were too far for my elderly parents to walk to the main lobby to catch the shuttle to restaurants. Disappointed there wasn’t a piano player Thurs night as on the agenda.
