Best Casual Restaurants in Daytona Beach

We have always had an excellent dining experience here. The food, wine, and service is excellent. The ambiance is lovely. As a vegetarian, the vegetarian entree is the most creative and the best I have had locally. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Hyde Park Daytona never disappoints! The place was hopping early with diners enjoying a fine meal before the Nutcracker scheduled at the Peabody. No delays for us as we were served promptly by our favorite waiter Chris. The cocktails were ice cold and the soup hot! The petite filets were cooked perfectly to order and the chicken Milanese was to die for. Whenever we are in town, we go every Friday at 5:30 to watch the ocean and wind down…try to get a booth inside along the rail for one of the best views in town. For those who like to eat at the bar, you need to go early or it is standing room only.

The staff was great from the valet to server. First time we have not cooked Thanksgiving and was concerned when booking how the food would be. The food was great. We ate outside because we love the beach. Only complaint was the kids playing in the pool and yelling but still giving this experience a 5 star and will be back for the Christmas buffet..

We had and enjoyed the shrimp tacos. We had the Bourbon Chocolate Pecan pie for desert, it was excellent.

We had the most awesome experience dining here! Beautiful attention to detail, food exceptional (we especially loved option of half portions of the homemade pasta so we could try things), atmosphere quiet and romantic, service impeccable. The history of the building was interesting, too ..so glad we got this experience. If you are in the area, definitely try!
