Great dining experience in a unique hotel. Casual atmosphere. Highly recommend.

After years of seeing uneven reviews about this restaurant, we made a last minute decision to dine here after learning that the restaurant had been reopened with a new menu/focus. The dining room was beautiful, clean and quiet (only a few other tables were occupied) but the space isn't large to begin with. The staff were welcoming and polite, and the prix fixe menu was simple and well-thought out. The house salad was excellent, and so was the flatiron steak. The attentiveness of the staff dropped off precipitously near the end of the meal, but it did appear that there were only three waitstaff and two tables did order the bananas foster which necessitates the table side show, so that probably took up a lot of time and effort. Still, they had been quick to clean the table and then suddenly there was a long wait for dessert and then again to pay after the check was dropped off. Hoping that as their open days expand and the word gets out that the menu has been refocused that they will get better paced. I will certainly give them another opportunity.

Even for a lunch time meal and the roll up doors open it was a bit loud. Food was good to great. Service very good. It’s worth a 2nd go!

Our food was delicious- Cobb Salad & Crab Cake sandwich; our server (from Nepal) was wonderful & we love the ambience!!

The menu hadn’t been updated online, but the newest items were absolutely delicious.
