Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Amazing as always. The swordfish was melt in your mouth, tuna carpaccio melted on the fork, and the fritti was crisp and succulent. New fitout is amazing too, and the wine list quality and affordable. Looked after the kids too.

I love NBC BUT IT CAN GET VERY NOISY however I feel the food has improved and also the Menu is better, would like to see the chicken wings return and a Risotto would be appreciated
