Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. The food prepared by the TAFE students was outstanding, as was the service. They are to be congratulated. We would have liked to have been able to buy a glass of wine to accompany the delicious food.

I love NBC BUT IT CAN GET VERY NOISY however I feel the food has improved and also the Menu is better, would like to see the chicken wings return and a Risotto would be appreciated
