Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal (special functions excepted); we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. A Truly Exquisite Experience Dining here has always been a pleasure, but the addition of the new chef has elevated the entire experience to something truly exceptional. Each dish was a masterpiece — thoughtfully composed, artfully plated, and rich with flavor and finesse. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and effortlessly warm, creating a sense of genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. An unforgettable experience — we look forward to returning again and again.

The food prepared by the TAFE students was outstanding, as was the service. They are to be congratulated. We would have liked to have been able to buy a glass of wine to accompany the delicious food.
