Best Authentic Restaurants in Salario

Let me tell you about this place in Rome! The meats and cheeses were seriously out of this world. I'm talking melt-in-your-mouth prosciutto, flavorful salami, and cheeses that were just bursting with creamy goodness. The carbonara was rich and decadent, exactly how it should be. But honestly, the quality of the ingredients really made the meal. It's clear they source the best stuff. If you're a fan of Italian food, especially meats and cheeses, you absolutely HAVE to check this place out!

Nice first time experience at this establishment. Kevin our server was friendly and fun. Our dinners were very good. My only issue was with the Fettuccine with shrimp dinner which was rather light on the shrimp. Only 2 medium sized shrimp? It was still delicious though. It was nice that they serve you a small glass of champagne before dinner and a shot of Limoncello after dinner! The Tiramisu was fantastic. I did tell Kevin our server if they could dim the bright lights a bit to give a bit of ambience to our last dinner and night in Rome but unfortunately he couldn’t. I said it very nicely and joked with Kevin who was a good sport about it. I would visit here again the next time I’m in Rome.

Delicious food. Owner introduced himself to us and welcomed us to the restaurant. He recommended several choices and all were excellent! Nice ambience. Friendly staff. When I made the reservation it asked if I wanted to eat outside or inside. I choose outside then learned that wasn’t possible even though there are tables outside. Other than that a wonderful dining experience!

as always a wonderful experience. I ordered a cobb salad with chicken: really excellent and rich. For the children two menus with the hot dog and the sheet and colored crayons to play. A pleasant lunch pampered and supported. thank you!
