L'Izakaya Den est un célèbre resto-bar japonais de Denver conçu sur le modèle des « after hours » animés installés un peu partout au Japon. Le restaurant est situé dans la rue South Pearl Street et est la deuxième adresse des frères Kizaki, les fondateurs et propriétaires du Sushi Den.
Le menu se présente sous la forme de tapas. Il est composé de petites assiettes japonaises traditionnelles ainsi que de plats aux saveurs et aux textures internationales.
