Always a good meal and service at Firebirds. We enjoyed the deviled eggs, Philly spring rolls for apps, and chicken pasta and Colorado salad for dinner. The double Diamond cocktail was also wonderful again.

Fabulous. The service makes every meal better, and our server was extraordinary. Food was tasty and fresh delivered at the right time as we were doing tapas for four. Loud at 7 onward we come at 5 to miss some of the noise level. Too hard to converse.

Enjoyed Saturday afternoon tea with my sister and nieces who were visiting Charlotte. It was so beautiful, we loved it and created lasting memories. Anastasia was great and the scones were still warm and delicious. So happy we were able to enjoy it together.

This Restaurant is typically a great 'treat" for locals, as its in an upscale hotel.. We've used the place for special occasions for decades now. Hopefully this was just an off day. The food was still top shelf, though the Service was lacking.
