Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria is the perfect atmosphere – whether it be a business lunch, date night, a large family celebration, or corporate event. No matter the occasion, we have the perfect space for you. Our full bar provides a vibrant venue for an evening out with friends.

Bad Idea is East Nashville's buzziest new restaurant from Sommelier Alex Burch and Executive Chef Colby Rasavong.     We thoroughly enjoyed Bad Idea. Love the Laotian pop in many dishes. All very unique and so tasty. Scallop crepe was delicious. Loved the crunchy rice salad and ricotta dumpling (without the chili sauce). The "fried bologna sandwich" was not what I had as a kid - very unique and tasty. The mango sticky rice was phenomenal. My husband and I shared dishes and had more than enough at a reasonable price. Our waitress and all the wait staff were so personable and helpful. Sunday early evening was not crowded and we could easily carry on a conversation. Such a beautiful venue too!

    We love going to the Authentique. We love the wine, the food and the atmosphere. The food and wine are of the highest quality. Owners Alexandre and Philippine Meunier are both experts in French wine and cuisine and everything is beyond delicious. They have created such a warm and welcoming space, you will want to come again and again and experience everything on the menu and learn all about French wine and cuisine.
