Fergus spent the majority of his life as a passionate home chef, until his late 20's when stepped into a professional kitchen for the first time. He quickly got hooked on the buzz of a busy service, but also to need to explore and experiment far more then what is practical in a typical restaurant. Toward the end of 2019 he decided do induce his own baptism of fire, by launching a supper club serving a taster menu of experimental dishes in his home town. Alkemio is actually the Esperanto spelling for alchemy, Esperanto was a language that was constructed out of the world's languages and had no real home.
