The only negative was the wine pricing. A very small glass for $14-$15 is steep. Otherwise it was lovely, service excellent, ambiance wonderful outdoors.

Fantastic! It was our first time eating at a restaurant in over a year and it was a great experience. Great social distancing out on the patio. There are lights above and the ambience is very nice with heaters to keep you warm. Highly recommend the risotto and truffle fries!

We had brunch and sat outside. The set up outside and inside followed COVID protocols including plastic dividers. The food was delicious and the service was great. It was my friend's first time and they will return for dinner having enjoyed their brunch meal.

First time here and was impressed with the interesting menu options. All the appetizers and salads were outstanding. Our halibut entree was dry but the couscous with it was delicious. Next time we'll stick to “farm items”. Service was terrific.

Five of us were booked for restaurant week, the staff were great, the venue beautiful enjoyed it very much the staff was very accommodating to our needs turning on heaters answering questions and the service. My biggest disappointment was the food, I upgraded to the Rib eye steak for an extra $10 and wish I didn't. My steak was chewy and lots of grizzle no flavor and the worst Rib eye I have ever been served. The break pudding was dry and not very good either. The burnt carrot salad was the best very flavorful and delicious I was hungry when I left I didn't eat much of the steak or break pudding. The cocktail was awesome Gin martini with grapefruit and basil. Not a good experience!

We found a sweet spot when we dined at Farmer's Bottega during SD Restaurant Week. The food was delicious, especially the burnt carrot salad - I'm not a vegetarian, but I could have easily eaten an entire entree size portion. Great food. Great cocktails. Great service. We'll be back for sure!

We enjoyed our dinner, I had a pork chop that was tender and tasty with a special sauce. The rest of the party had hamburgers, they said the hamburgers were very good as well. To start we shared a flat bread that was tasty. My lemon drop was very good. We finished with decaf cappuccino, it was one of the best one in town. Service was very good. This was our second time in this restaurant and we will definitely come back.

Fried green tomato appetizer was delicious! Lamb shank dry and overcooked. Pasta of oxtail ravioli with thick hard overpowering of the oxtail and like eating a rock- Not a recommendation for partner Asentí pasta Which does not use Italian ingredients. It’s why American gluten is so very different from Italian gluten. Sadly for that reason I would not order pasta there again. I really like the restaurant and there are many other good things on the menu. With good service and attempt to compensate, lemocello cake was offered- It was tasty and light.

Our second date night at Farmer's Bottega and once again our taste buds were fully engaged!

Love the warmth, great service (thanks Anna) and locally sourced food.

I highly recommend the Pork Belly!

We arrived on time for our reservation and had to wait about 19 minutes, no big deal. But we waited about 15 more minutes before a server greeted us. Once she did she was very nice and our overall experience was good. It was a little off putting that people kept walking by our table but never stopped to let us know they would be with us shortly.

One of the best outdoor dining dinner experiences I’ve ever had. The food selection was so unique and delicious. I had the artichoke ravioli and my mind was blown. Our waiter, Roberto, truly made the experience what it was. The ambiance, the farm-to-table aspect, the kind service — my family and I sat for almost 3 hours just eating and talking. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. This is the place to go for that!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! BUT!!! I don’t know what the deal was this past Friday but there was no flavor in any of the food. The mashed potatoes couldn’t have had any salt or butter. Nothing. And I was willing to eat carbs to have half way decent potatoes. The meatballs were equally blah, the soup was lukewarm and the chicken severely disappointed. I wished we had gone somewhere else. I told my friend he was in for a treat. I was embarrassed to have recommended the place. I am willing to try once more because they have always been so reliable. But whatever the deal was I hope it gets resolved soon or I’m marking this place off of my list. Please taste the food (use a separate spoon of course). But a good chef or even a mediocre one would not have served that food to a customer. Maybe because it was late and they were ready to go home. No excuse though when they expect full payment and a tip.

Family getting together for outdoor fine casual dining. Waiter was a true professional, not a college student stand in. All meals were perfectly prepared. Would do again! Found Neto friendly items and loved the seafood especially.

Amazing all around from service, to menu, to portion size, and obviously taste! We had the bruschetta (all of them), artichokes, and tuna appetizers. This could have been our meal. We dove in regardless for more. Every plate was perfect.
