The thing that will keep this restaurant in the `need to go back' column is the setting. The food was very good, the service was very good but the setting and views are what separates this restaurant from many other very good restaurants. Can't wait to go back especially when the temps drop into the double digits- we will definately be back before the temps are back in the 80's or 90's but that will be special when it's cooler outdoors.

We started with the caprese salad and it was a little underwhelming. Tomato’s were soft but the cheese good. The main entrees made up for it as two of us had burgers. They were cooked to the perfect temperature but still juicy. I had the Shrimp and Pasta, and I got more shrimp than I thought, all in a light sauce. I ate every bite! The martini’s were just the right size. Service was attentive but not pushy. We normally go for lunch or weekend brunch and this was our first dinner but it won’t be the last at Escena. They had nice background live music btw!

Food good but service was poor due to staffing issues. Indoor table was very noisy. We would have prey outside, but the misters weren’t off though it was 92 degrees. Advance notification my husband’s 100 birthday was not recognized. It was disappointing all around. We’ve had good experiences here before which is why we chose the take our rather for this very special occasion.

The food and view are always great! Service is always lacking. Our waiter was there to get our drinks & then to give us the check, that’s it. I feel if Escena had better service or management it would always be a 5 stars . Service does matter!!

Great food but terrible service. Wait staff was borderline rude and not attentive at all. We went for Mother's Day brunch and they turned what should have been a nice celebration into an annoying experience.
