One of, if not the best meal of our lives. We did the chefs tasting and it was fabulous with warm and welcoming service.
Just an amazing meal !! Highly recommend this restaurant,
It’s a must stop at least once in your life
Perfect evening in every way!
Simply blown away by the service, atmosphere, and food. Unbelievable dining experience that my group is still raving about.
Fabulous tasting menu with wine pairings.
Emeril’s has historically been one of our favorite Nola restaurants.
We were excited to return to celebrate two family birthdays; however, for the first time, we were disappointed - specifically with the changes in the food. First, the service was impeccable, and we were excited to have Chef Emeril in the kitchen. Our meals (fish, surf and turf, lobster) were good, but not great. The price points are significantly higher than in the past, but Emeril’s tried and true signature dishes are gone, the quantity and variety of food served has decreased, and the entire purpose of dining at Emeril’s is seemingly different.
Pasamos una noche muy agradable fue un restaurante muy rico toda la comida deliciosa muy buen servicio
Excellent food and service a must do in Néw Orleans
Service was excellent and the food was good. Could not have made a better choice for my Wife's birthday.
Great food, nice people
Nice food presentation. Felt comfortable there.
It exceeded the reputation in staff, foods, and atmosphere. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
A wonderful dinning experience but very very pricey. Be prepared for the high prices.
Great food and great service. You literally get what you pay for.
Overpriced and average quality. The pork was dry and tough. The steak was very small for $65. All the starters were between $18-30 and were underwhelming. We were very disappointed as we love Emeril’s other restaurants. Would not go back. Service was very good even though food was not up to expectations.
Very enjoyable experience, great food
Not a fan of the new menu and very disappointed that the banana cream pie was removed. The new tart is not enjoyable.
Lovely meal, great service from Jeffrey and the rest of the staff. Made our anniversary truly memorable.
Very professional service and all of our food was fantastic!
Amazing meal, the beef carpaccio was delicious and the duck was one of the best we’ve had. There was a small hiccup with a corn bread muffin, but the management made it right which we appreciate. Will certainly visit again when we return to Nola
The restaurant is lovely and service was impeccable and food was delicious. We’re repeat customers and will return and return. Highly recommend.
Compliments to the chef! Big fans of Lagassi chefs:) Outstanding flavor combination, wine list and great friendly & courteous service. Douglas & Billy made our evening particularly special. Great memories, thank you!
It was an awesome experience. The service was just wonderful. They saw to our every need. Their were more waiters coming snd going with silverware, plates and sauces than I could count. Sauces! Sauces. Everything for a sauce poured in it.
I did not like the fact that our table was across from the food bar which borders the kitchen. It was loud. And a young couple kept making out at the food bar which borders the kitchen. Id like a booth setting or more private table for the $300 meal for three people. The costs did not seem proportional to the amount of food received. The pork chop is amazing! But it comes with a tablespoon of mini sweet potatoes at best. The steak was fair. Not the most tender I’ve had in NOLA and it came with a thin layer of mashed potatoes that you could barely eat with a fork. The small pancake round circle of mashed potatoes beside the steak was so thin you could not stick a fork in them. The salmon was ok. The sauces on the steak and pork a d Salmon were amazing. The sourdough and cornbread served first was very good, but the sizes are along the lines of “tiny food!”
I had an outstanding time dining with my wife. What a great experience and I will come back soon.
PS: Thanks for your staff outstanding service by moving the pendulum to excellence.
The restaurant is beautiful. The service is impeccable. The food will knock your socks off. Emerald’s never disappoints.
We were blown away at the impeccable service that Emeril Lagasse’s employees showed us tonight! That man doesn’t play around when it comes to training his staff! Hands down this was by far the best service we have ever seen! We were treated like royalty from the minute we stepped foot in the door until the minute we left. On top of everything we ordered, which was amazing by the way, they brought us each a complimentary appetizer and even a platter of desserts at the end, after, we had already eaten the deserts we ordered lol! Emeril wasn’t there this evening but his son was, which was pretty cool. I was able to get a few pics of him in the kitchen. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place , the staff, the food….all deserve 10 PLUS stars in our book!
Everything was amazing except one thing. It was a birthday dinner for my wife, I requested a private booth and there were no private booths. Hence, we could not have the intimate dinner we expected. With the amount of movement necessary to attend to patrons at such a high level, an intimate dining area would make the evening magnificent. Except that, everything was 5 Star!
We went to Emerils for my son’s birthday and had a wonderful time. Food was great, and service excellent. Glad they finally reopened after covid shut them down.
The food is nothing like it was before Covid. The food is bland and unbalanced. the portions are way smaller and we ordered plenty of food for 2 people a total of 6 things from the menu including 3 Entrees and dessert and we were still hungry when we left with a bill to the tune of over $369 before tipping. The bar and service was great though
An experience to remember! Phenomenal food, service and ambiance. Husband and I have a very romantic dinner!
Staff was good (same guys as our last visit). They accommodated my celiac disease perfectly
Amazing, as always!
I love the new menu!
We went for after dinner drinks and dessert. It was perfect from start to finish. We felt so special. The dessert moscato was exceptional.
Everything from checking in to the service level, cuisine, and beverages were incredible. The staff was attentive. Our server Chris was extremely knowledgeable of the dishes.
The experience and staff was absolutely amazing!!!
Refined menu and everything tasted was from good to fantastic. Filet mignon is easily one of the best in the city. The amuse bouche was a nice surprise, featuring three different bites. Service and wine selection were top-notch, as usual.
My wife and daughter order the salmon. It was likely last week’s fish. My daughter ate half of hers and wife ate one third of hers. The fish was not good. The waiter came and grabbed the plates without blinking an eye or asking if anything was wrong in that neither of them finished their meals. My wife and daughter did not want to speak up about it.
Surprising that they’d serve bad food and not pick up that the plates were not even 50% eaten. I figure that a restaurant of this caliber would be more attentive. They were quite attentive in the upssells to the menu.
Meril’s earlier in the week was also a let down. 0 for 2 with Emeril.
There are much better restaurants locally. Don’t waste your money. We spent around $600 with the tasting menu, wine, tax and tip. The sommelier was good, the rest of the service was average and our lead waitress was somewhat invasive and annoying. Please spare yourselves.
Visiting NOLA and had dined at Emeril’s other restaurants in the city so we wanted to experience this one. It had just reopened from the Covid shutdown. It hasn’t missed a beat. Everything from being greeted, seated, ordering, served, all was top notch. Food was mouthwatering, staff pleasant and professional. Don’t miss out on this extremely fine restaurant.
