Our approach is simple: deliver the finest and freshest every day.

Aged USDA prime beef is the star at Elway’s whether your preference is a thick porterhouse, tender filet or a juicy rib-eye. Our culinary team shops for seasonal and interesting ingredients, then plans the ever-changing menus. This allows us to incorporate menu options with limited seasonal availability. Adding choices in portion size, flavor profiles and culinary styles – from the familiar to ethnic and contemporary – allows us to blend a menu always full of chaise and variety.     Amazing! The food, service and ambiance were top notch. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and from the host stand to leaving the restaurant, we felt the authentic hospitality. Ali was our server and she was beyond attentive, friendly and professional!! Bravo!

    Elways is a beautiful restaurant with great salads and pricy mains. Overall good but wine list on Vail website is not the wine list at the restaurant and online list has some reasonably priced reds and the list at the restaurant does not. Very deceptive.

    Food was spectacular, lamb chops were amazing. Tuna tartare was super fresh, and all cuts of meat were cooked perfectly.

    The food was ok but not exceptional which we have come to expect in vail. My steak was very oily/greasy and the Mac and cheese was bland. The spinach artichoke came out cold and they added a burner underneath.
