We went there for our 38th Anniversary. Only previous visit was for my wife's birthday in February. Both times the experience was amazing. VERY high levels of service. YES it is pricey, my wife splurged for the $95 American Wagyu 'USDA Gold' 8 oz. filet mignon. It was melt in your mouth excellent and super flavorful, with breadcrumb-coated half tomato (very flavorful) and asparagus (not the best, out of season but still OK). I had the $65 6 oz. midwest corn-fed filet and two of their super duper scallops ($22 additional). These also were well worth the price for this special occasion. They do have even pricier options (Japanese Wagyu, if you have to ask ...). It's really hard to get in there with the construction, but 'free' Valet parking is useful once you find the correct way to get in. With two cocktails, a side baked potato ('only' $6, a relative bargain, served with small containers of chives, real bacon, cheese, sour cream, and butter), and cheesecake for me (my wife had the 'free' chocolate souffle (both AMAZING)) it was near $300, over $300 with a good tip. Set a new record for a dinner for the two of us but we're already planning to take our daughter and SIL (and my MIL if she's able) later this year when they visit.

Haven’t been in awhile and forgot what a great restaurant this is. Try the parmesan gelato appetizer, it’s fabulous. Our server, Shana, was terrific. She knows the menu, made excellent recommendations and took very good care of us.

I had the Apple/Walnut Salad with grilled chicken - it was amazing! Others in my group had the burgers and fish & chips. All the burgers are made with grass fed beef. My brother-in-law said the fish & chips was very good. This is a casual place with over 40 local beers on tap - it’s a great night out with friends and family.

So it was truly authentic. I just got back from Rome in Venice a few weeks ago and was still seeking good Italian food. The owner was attentive and the price was more than reasonable for what you received will definitely be back.

The first table was slanting downhill so much that we moved ourselves after having difficulty finding our server. Food is very good, just not as good as in the past. It was also the most I crowded we’ve seen since they opened. Will return.

Our waiter, Wyatt, was kind and knowledgeable. We appreciated him checking with the chef about our daughter's food allergies to advise what was safe for her to eat; the chef even came to talk with us. Very cool vibe in the restaurant. Pretty, easily accessible, quick service, great cocktails.
