   This was our first experience dining at Eddie V’s and we weren’t disappointed. With a large and varied menu, we had a hard time narrowing our choices to dinner for 2. We had delicious oysters on the half shell, a good Caesar salad and Chilean Sea bass which was steamed and sitting in a pool of soy sauce totally obliterating the delicate fish. We had a generous order of the best Brussels sprouts ever. The service is attentive. We dined on a Tuesday evening fully packed and noisy with boisterous diners. Despite those issues, I would recommend it. The menu is pricy but well worth the price given the overall quality.

   Stunning views of La Jolla Cove! The food was incredible! The filet and lobster tails were perfect and the Banana Foster dessert was delicious!!

   Everything on the menu was delicious! Cocktails were also very good. Definitely recommend the crab cake and the salmon. It was cooked to perfection. We celebrated our anniversary there and they made us feel very welcomed. Definitely recommend for any special occasion.

   Mary-Grace was one of the best servers we’ve ever had and the food was outstanding. That being said, we came for the fixed priced Mother’s Day brunch menu that was supposed to end at 2pm, which is when our reservation was for (the last seating for the brunch), however they didn’t seat us till around 2:20 and when we told them we were there for the brunch, we were informed it was over and we’d have to order off the main menu. To say that was disappointing is an understatement. Also the men’s bathroom was a complete disaster, there was water all over the floor due to plumbing issues. The top of the water faucet handle was broken and there were exposed wires coming out of it. There were also plumbing issues in the woman’s bathroom as well. If it weren’t for the amazing service and food, I don’t know if we’d go back anytime soon.

   I have been to Eddie’s many times over the years. I had not dined there in the past 2 years. I was looking forward to treating my Mom to a delicious meal with a beautiful view. However, our experience at Eddie V’s was very poor. The restaurant seemed unprepared for the number of customers on this holiday (Mother’s Day). The food took 50 minutes to be served from the time it was ordered. When we inquired about the delay, the waitress and 2 managers all had the same response - “you ordered your steak well done and that takes longer to prepare”. The women’s restroom was dirty - paper napkins and toilet paper on the floors, one sink was out of order resulting in long lines to wash your hands after using the toilet, and they had no paper napkins in the two dispensers in order to dry your hands after washing. I would have expected a lot more for a restaurant I have loved for the many years I have lived in San Diego. The best part was the view but the remainder of the experience was so disappointing that I don’t plan to dine at Eddie V’s again.

   Took my son here for his birthday! Fab dinner for all! Service was amazing. Great food! We loved all of the sides! And the view... well it just doesn't get any better.

   ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Our server made our experience so wonderful and the beautiful views from the outdoor patio were romantic and made the dining experience that much better. The wine list and appetizers were perfect and steak cooked perfectly 👌🏻 can’t wait to go back.

   Was a great evening! Every dish was delicious, I loved the lobster taco’s appetizer and the Brussels sprouts! Conner was an excellent waiter. Would come back!

   Unique location (we were on the roof top, facing the bay), delicious cuisine modern but not extravagante, perfect service (a very sweet surprise for our mariage anniversary…), We recommend!
