Always a premium dining experience. A bit pricey, but the location and ambiance are exceptional and worth it. Interesting menu, great staff.

The price per serving size was horrible-small portions and high price for sub par food. The restaurant felt like a cafeteria with how loud it was in there. The servers were with all due respect, were child- like in their table side manners. Sounded like it would be cool, wasn’t. Save your money, go to another nearby restaurant for the price.

We've enjoyed Duke's here, Oahu and Malibu over the years but this was not so great of an experience. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud in there last night - TONS of families and large parties with kids. That can't be avoided. But - several things just stood out making a bad night for us . Appetizer was good. Meal came out -mashed potatoes were not fully mashed - huge chunks of potatoes in it. Steak was undercooked.. Vegetables on fish meal were hard and more raw that should be for a dinner item. The waiter ended up forgetting about us, after we complained, I guess - we saw him hanging out several times - but never checking to see if we needed drink refills or new orders, or ANYTHING. . The manager came by to assist with our issues - re-making the steak dinner, taking care of the 'tacos' from the bar, - whatever. Even indicated he was taking care of 'it all' . That didn't happen - was provided bill by the orig waiter and I was stood over by the him - feeling so uncomfortable and i felt pressured to give a tip to him. They show a 'bar menu' on the side of their dinner menu . When asked if they could provide an item off that menu the waiter indicated that it was only if you were at the bar. After speaking with someone else in the restaurant - we were allowed to order a 'to-go' order of the item home after our meal - ONLY to find that they made the incorrect item when we got home . Just a negative thing after another night at Duke's last night - wish i had the staff and waiters we had in Hawaii in November. This makes me never want to go back to Huntington Beach Duke's again.

The food and ambiance was great. Unfortunately, our server was very slow. We had to stop him a few times to order another drink and also to get our bill.
