Horrible. I was seated next to some stairway that led to nowhere that people wanted to climbed and take pictures and push up against my chair constantly. Had to tell them to take dirty plates away. Waitress was mia most of the time. It was awful. Cooked my food wrong. Flies everywhere. Worst dining experience possible with a view like that.

The dinner menu selection was good. Dessert selection was poor and the key lime pie was disappointing. Dining on the terrace, the noise level was very difficult to converse in a moderate voice. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but not entirely positive.

Made a reservation for my birthday and they prepared a hand drawn card for me when I arrived. Clarissa, our waitress, checked on my table multiple times and was always so cheerful. Food and drinks came within a reasonable time ( food 20 mins, drinks 5) I also was given the choice between a complimentary cake or pie. Overall, loved my experience and would go again.

Great food, poor service. Everything had to be prompted by us to receive service, no initiative was ever taken by the waitress, who also had a very flat affect. Asked for the menu that had more bar food options such as the fish tacos, waitress said “well I know we have them so you can just order them if you want”. Instead of just her getting the menu, had to explain to the waitress that I wanted to see the whole menu so I can see what’s included in the dishes and other options, so if she could find one please. She then walked away silently, brought it back, handed it to me, and walked away again. Waitress also would look at the table multiple times, as our drinks were empty, and just kept walking past. Multiple tables who got seated after us got their food before us - had to even remind the waitress about our order and to see if it was coming soon. Finally she brought our food out after us asking. Overall, the food was very tasty but the service was quite poor in this particular situation unfortunately.

We love going to Dukes. The view is great and you can’t beat their Mai Tais!!! I had the fish special and it did not disappoint. Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and he loved it.

The restroom was dirty - trash on the floor and no paper towels. Had a reservation and we still had to wait 15 min to be seated. The sat is next to a stairway. I couldn’t enjoy my meal, I kept getting my chair gets bumped and stopping my conversation to smile and say it’s ok

Spectacular views, great food, wonderful service. I had the basic breakfast. Excellent. My wife had fish and chips. She said it was some of the best she ever had. Our daughter had the burger. She ate half but said it was really, really good. We will be going back. Parking is a challenge. Get there early and be prepared to walk.

Highly recommend the Prime Sirloin. It took a little bit for the food to come out, but they were on top of it and made every second count in terms of service. Great place and great views (If you get lucky).

Have always had great experiences here before this one. Server told me I couldn’t order off the barefoot bar menu bc they had different kitchens. I came back the next day to get the meal I had wanted the day before and sat up in the barefoot bar and was offered both menus so that seems odd to me. I also saw food coming out of the downstairs kitchen going up. My ticket for my main course was apparently lost so it took an hour to get my food and then my steak was over cooked. The manager did make it right and took it off my bill but he had no idea it had taken so long only that it wasn’t cooked right. My shrimp was amazing and I’ve been before and the food has always been great. Usually love this place. Was disappointed but will give it another try.

Beautiful view. Had reservation and seated immediately. Food was outstanding as was the service. But my best experience was that I left my water bottle on the table and within five minutes of leaving, I got a call from Duke’s. Have been there many times and always leave being happy I went there.

They were so lovely and accommodating to us. It was our anniversary and my husband asked if we could sit next to the glass rail to overlook the ocean and they cleaned up the table and took us right to it. They also gave us a card wishing us a very happy anniversary. Service was superb! Highly recommend!

We had a fun time at Dukes - the food, cocktails and service was very good. The reservation was for a standard table and included with the confirmation email was a long list of info. Unfortunately, nothing was mentioned about arriving 15 minutes early to request an outdoor table (I found this out after our meal when I enquired about it with the host). I most definitely would have done that if I’d known. Also, through the reservation process there was a question asking if it was a special occasion to which I checked the box that said “Birthday” (it was mine) but that was not acknowledged by the host or our server 😒.

Food and of course the view is superb. Although, our server (Andrew) wasn’t so attentive. Ordered appetizers for our family to share and we weren’t given small plates. Ate the food from the appetizer plate instead with all our utensils resting on it. Also, the lavender colada doesn’t taste like there is NO rum in it for the hefty proce of $16 and not even a pineapple garnishing.
