At dish, we pride ourselves in creating new and exciting contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis and focus on flavor. We use exceptional ingredients including the best available local and organic products whenever possible. Of primary importance to us is the dining experience of our guests. Our intimate dining room encourages the enjoyment of our modern cuisine, conversation and connection.
If you are looking for a more casual experience, our Tapas bar offers a variety of small plates meant to be shared letting you and your friends create your own adventure by mixing and matching. The Tapas bar also offers hand crafted cocktails using house made syrups, cordials and shrubs.
For that special occasion, join us in our Chef's Room, a private dining room that features a large glass window looking into the kitchen so you and your guests can watch the chefs in action.

Our private Chef's Room holds a maximum of 12 people. Private, exclusive and intimate, with a wall of glass looking into the kitchen so that guests can watch the chefs in action. There is no charge to use the room and you can order off the regular menu or we can customize a menu to fit your budget and dietary preferences.
