Le Black Cat Farm Table Bistro sert une cuisine de la ferme à la table, à base d'ingrédients tout juste cueillis dans sa propre exploitation agricole de 52 hectares. Au fils des jours, le chef-agriculteur Eric Skokan prend soin des légumes de ses champs. Chaque soir, on, le retrouve dans la cuisine à confectionner les plats de son menu variant tous les jours. Sur la carte des vins du restaurant figurent de grands crus internationaux à côté de petits producteurs atypiques de régions moins réputées. L'évolution constante du menu donnent amplement aux sommeliers l'occasion de puiser dans la cave comptant plus de 400 bouteilles un cru du nord de l'Italie ou un vin biologique du Nord-Ouest Pacifique. Les cocktails de saison artisanaux comportant des spiritueux également artisanaux et des ingrédients locaux soulignent le talent des barmen professionnels grâce à qui le bar déborde de vie. Le Black Cat jouit d'une atmosphère chaleureuse et animée dans sa salle intime. Il est situé au cœur de Boulder, dans le Colorado, juste à côté du centre commercial historique Pearl Street.

After celebrating more than 40 years of success with his first restaurant, Sushi Den, Chef Toshi reconnects with his roots, paying deep respect to Edomae tradition—a 200-year-old Tokyo-style sushi that honors the integrity of each ingredient through authentic Japanese techniques. Kizaki offers Denver’s first true expression of Edomae-style sushi, with an omakase menu featuring approximately 20 courses showcasing raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. We offer a full bar, along with thoughtfully curated sake pairings, wine pairings, and a unique combination of sake and wine pairings to further elevate your Omakase experience.
