Das nur an 1 Abend pro Woche geöffnete Elizabeth's Gone Raw bietet Ihnen jeden Freitagabend ein außergewöhnliches kulinarisches Erlebnis. In unserer wunderschönen Örtlichkeit erhalten Sie dann zum Festpreis ein rohes, veganes Degustationsmenü. Jeder Gang wurde so kreiert, dass das tieferliegende Wesen der lebendigen Nahrungsmittel hervortritt. Das Hay Adams Hotel ist wohl das nächste zum Weißen Haus, die Mauern sind altehrwürdig. So ist auch das Restaurant. Gediegen, vornehm, Klaviermusik, klassisch! Generell habe ich Vorbehalte mit „Haute-cuisine“ in den USA und die wurden hier auch wieder teilweise bestätigt. Alles gut, aber nicht wirklich besonders, der warme Chablis war das beste Zeugnis davon. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend, das tolle Ambiente wäre es wert, noch ein bisschen „nach oben“ zu arbeiten!

Press Club is a record bar and cocktail lounge with a focus on the curation of guest experience and providing maximum levels of hospitality. The name is an homage to DC while also evoking the pressing of records and the ingredients used to craft our cocktails.

Our Playlist Experience is a four course cocktail tasting flight featuring culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients. Each cocktail will be paired with accompanying snacks from our kitchen.

Our standard reservations are for an a la carte experience featuring our cocktails and izakaya bites.

Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. We celebrate these ingredients by preparing them in a large wood burning hearth which is the centerpiece of our open kitchen. The current dining room experience is an 8-course tasting menu honoring the Mid-Atlantic's bounty. We offer an additional 3-course experience at our bar and bar area tables. Walk-in guests are welcome to enjoy the bar area as well.

The Dabney has been awarded one Michelin star every year since 2017, James Beard Foundation Best Chef Mid-Atlantic for Chef Jeremiah Langhorne in 2018, and Washingtonian Magazine's #1 restaurant in 2023.

At this time we are unable to accommodate severe allium and dairy allergies as well as vegan and vegetarian diets.

Keith McNally brings Minetta Tavern to Washington DC

MINETTA TAVERN ORIGINALLY OPENED IN 1937
Named after the Minetta Brook — which ran southwest from 23rd Street to the Hudson River — the Tavern was frequented by various layabouts and hangers-on including Ernest Hemingway, Ezra Pound, Eugene O'Neill, E. E. Cummings, Dylan Thomas, and Joe Gould, as well as by various writers, poets, and pugilists.

Since its renovation, Minetta Tavern has best been described as "Parisian steakhouse meets classic New York City tavern."

We hope — and believe — that's a somewhat accurate description of the place.
