Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-9 courses and range from $200-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

Enjoy the spectacular views while you relax in our casual, open-air dining environment. Along with our menu offerings inspired by local fare, we have several signature cocktails available that are made with our own, Ocean Vodka, Kula Rum, Fy Gin, and Brum spirits.We have a 15 minute grace period. We have limited inside seating and vast options for outside seating. If you have a preference between inside or outside seating, please leave us a note in your reservation.
Parties of 8 or more are subject to a 20% auto-gratuity. Please call (808)344-7649 for parties larger than 8. We do not accept walk-ins larger than 8 people.

Situated in the heart of Ka’ana Kitchen’s open-air styled kitchen, we invite you to immerse yourself in our exclusive dining experience. Interact with our chefs as they thoughtfully curate a customized 6-course menu of fresh, local ingredients to stimulate your sense of adventure. To enhance the experience even more, we have the option to add wine pairings to each course, hand selected by our expert sommelier. This exclusive experience is limited to seating’s at 6:00pm, 6:15pm and 6:30pm Tuesday - Saturday.
