El restaurante en Punta Morro ubicado a la orilla del mar Pacico, con un perfecto escenario natural para ofrecer productos del mar enriquecido con una gama de productos de granja, carnes de primerísima calidad de Mexicali, las verduras y especias gourmet del Valle de Maneadero, los vinos de los diversos Valles como Guiadalupe, La Trinidad y Ojos Negros por ejemplo, así como el aceite de oliva de cuño propio. A lo largo de los años ha ofrecido una gran propuesta con productos frescos de calidad mundial principalmente locales, promoviendo las grandes riquezas que nos ofrecen los mares de Baja California (respetando las temporadas), que a través del tiempo nos hemos distinguido en satisfacer los gustos gastronómicos del público más exigente.
De la misma manera nuestros menús estacionales nutridos de productos locales y ligados al uso y costumbres de la gente de la región influenciados por la cocina mexicana así como de tendencias mundiales.

Valle Omakase es una experiencia única, para llevar a tu paladar por un viaje gastronómico con propuestas de autor.

El menú degustación es elaborado y diseñado por Chef Quindere usando productos locales y japoneses siempre de una manera sustentable y respetando la naturaleza; el menú está en constante cambio ya que el chef pasa grande parte de su tiempo haciendo pruebas y dibujando nuevos platillos. También contamos con una variedad de sake, vinos y mixología de autor.

Chef Quindere pasó un tiempo estudiando y trabajando en Tokyo, Seychelles, en el Four Seasons Hotel, Hawaii, San Diego , Miami y recientemente Chef Consultor de Cuixmala Hotel en Jalisco y para el grupo Oasis Restaurantes en Manzanillo, México.

En el desarrollo de su carrera, ha tenido oportunidades de trabajar con chefs altamente reconocidos, incluyendo celebridades como el Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, el Chef Estrella Michellin Jeff Ramsey y Chef Alan Wong en el Waldorf Astoria en la isla de Maui entre otros.

This is one of the best restaurants we have found in the Quadalupe Valle’. The food is farmed to table and it is amazing. Each presentation outdid the previous one. We selected the four course tasting menu which is 1600 pesos ($94 USD) . It’s worth every penny!

After 15 Years in san Diego, Award winner Chef Moumen Nouri decide to move his Moroccan Restaurant to the heart of the Valle De Guadalupe; a community rich in agricultural products, but also welcoming to new concepts and cuisines. Nestled inside the gorgeous Anatolia Winery, Kous Kous Cocina de Marruecos is known for its family style service of delicious slow braised Tagines, grilled lamb Chops and Ribeye, and large Mediterranean Salads. All this in a cozy and relaxed environment, surrounded with Moroccan Lanterns and colorful soft pillows and drapery.
Our commitment to Valle De Guadalupe is to work only and exclusively with local farmers, from wines and other distilled liquors, to fruits, vegetables, seafoods and meats, to training and employing families of local farmers.
We look forward to sharing our unique experience with you.

This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant and the food is amazing. The servers are incredibly polite and attentive. My party loved the atmosphere of this restaurant because it is very unique.

The food and drinks were great! I recommend the Chamorro Glaseado y la Hamburguesa De Res; they were our ultimate favorite dishes. The ambiance was chic and relaxed. We loved this place.
