                                                                      Experience has gone significantly downward over the years. The only reason to go here is for views and drinks. Food is sorely lacking in taste and quality. Table service, while friendly, is unable to keep up with simple tasks such as removing plates, refilling drinks— and this was on a Sunday evening when the place was no more than half full. Recommend only going for the rooftop bar and booking dinner elsewhere.

                                                                      The food was fantastic. Unique and amazing. Ambiance and service were top notch. We even hung out at the outdoor lounge for a while after dinner. Great views. They really need someone taking drink orders, though. Definitely recommended!

                                                                      Service was lagging (35 min between being sat down and our drink order to arrive), food was just ok and very expensive , so value is definitely not there. Nice views of Portland from the terrace.

Rarely does a restaurant hit a triple home run with outstanding city views from the 15th floor of The 9's Hotel, offer eclectically delicious Asian fusion dishes and great service ! Go on a date night . Go to re-kindle your relationship or go with friends for fun. But go. It's a Portland one of a kind .
