   I can't really fault the service, from the warm welcome to the well-timed visits to the table, it was well-organised without feeling overbearing or inattentive. I appreciated being able to sample wines before choosing, and the drinks overall were enjoyable. A particular highlight was the potent yet surprisingly reasonably priced strawberry grappa. If only the food matched the service. The broccoli soup was pleasant, though I’m not usually a fan of puréed soups. The real disappointment, however, was the halibut. At £44.50, I expected something genuinely tasty, but the portion was small and the flavour was seriously lacking. It just didn’t have anything going for it. The fish needed bolder seasoning or something more imaginative to lift it. Given the delicious black cod I had last month at one of the same owner’s other restaurants, I expected far better. Yes, black cod is naturally richer and more flavourful, but that makes it all the more important to do something extra with halibut. As it was, it was just very bland and I realised later the brown shrimps were missing. Also, all the tomatoes in the tomato salad were not fresh. My husband’s Veal Milanese was fine, not bad, not amazing. Desserts were good and ended things on a better note. The table was an ok size and quite cosy - couples are generally seated corner-wise rather than face to face, which is nice, but I did spend much of the evening being stabbed in the shoulder by an overly ambitious orchid plant.

   Food was good. Service by waiters was outstanding. Friendly and attentive. Really liked how they had separate waiters for drinks and food. The one big negative was the hostess who sat us who set a negative tone and vibe. Also the restaurant is LOUD so if you're going for a more intimate or business dinner, I'd pass. Overall, it was good, not great.

   Lovely waiters and tasty food options, it was loud in the evening but it wasn’t a bad experience at all.

   We are not happy about the waitress of our table. She was very late for getting our orders. That's why the manager came to our table and got the order almost 15 minutes after we sat to our table. She has never smiled to us during the dinner. she seems unhappy maybe very tired. We asker for balsamic vinegar for our salads. While pouring the balsamic vinegar bottle into the salad, the lid completely opened and the vinegar spilled onto the table and the salad. I saw that the lid was not tightened at all, this is a huge negligence. This is a mistake that should definitely not happen in a restaurant of this level. I was having a meal with my family. What a fiasco it would be at a business dinner or a date. The restaurant manager offered to change my salad, but the problem was probably not with the manager but with the service staff. In this meal where we paid 226 GBP for three people, we were not at all satisfied with the service despite being satisfied with the food. Check when using salt, oil and vinegar, this kind of accident can happen to you.

   Good food and ambience. I had a table for 7 adults. They need to work on service. Balsamic vinegar got spilled on the table. Wine pouring was messy. I ordered 2 bottles and both times, the pour spilled all over. This was not the experience I received few months ago.

   Excellent food, nice and helpful staffs. The tables between not too far but incredibly quiet.
