   Neighborhood gem tucked away, and worth the couple mile drive from the bustle of Pearl Street. We went here on a busy weekend in Boulder when many lesser restaurants were full. Everything on the menu was delicious, I particularly liked the Pizza Salsiccia with wonderful wood-fired crust, and the tomato-basil pasta my wife had was delicate and flavorful !! Loved this place, will be back soon.

   The paella is perfect. The right amount of seafood. The rice is how it's in Europe and South America. The tiramisu and coffee are to die for. The cusgomer service is the best. Manager Antonio is excellent . It"s my favorite restaurant since I moved to Colorado.

   Our fourth time here. Food is always consistently made and top-notch. I first found this place on a search for Paella, but found myself hankering for the other offerings on the menu.

   Ole Dagabi!Like a passionate sizzling flamenco was my experience:Unusual, unexpected, unpredictable but yet again overly satisfying on many levels. With each hit of new plate on the table came a new experience, new feel, new explosion of undiscovered flavors in my mouth,wen we tried all specials(sangria,white anchovies,special salad,blood sausage,special paella).You got it right - food here is absolutely terrific and you have to pinch yourself to make sure you are still in Boulder that you haven't leave for Spain. That's how good it was.Hope it is just as good for you as it was for me.Waitress and manager suggestions were great and very helpful.

   Ok but not exceptional food. Description is Spanish but it is a mix of Spanish and Italian food. Zabaglione had bottled chocolate (like, ice cream topping) sauce on top! And the cream was certainly not real zabaglione.tapas were good but pasta not especial. Also, can you call yourself a Spanish restaurant without patatas bravas?All in all, disappointed.

   the usual oven pizza arrived barely warm ,did not seem fresh as expected unusual for Da Gabi appetizer over fried ..burned the wrapped bacon shrimp .. still tasty and we are not complainers no air coonditioning . a holiday weekend so we will chalk it off to that and maybe an overworked staff . we will return** despite a one time let down regards R& E sSchuman

   We're fans of the tapas menu- offered during happy hour and a great way to enjoy a little bit of everything without feeling bloated! They tend to fill up- so reservations are a good idea during peak meal hours.

   I took a friend who visits me from Spain. He thinks that the food is truly Spanish with some modification. Over all, he really enjoyed it.

    Tuesday all night Tapas can't be beat at Da Gabi. From the house wines at $5 a glass to the generous and healthy Tapas, this is a neighborhood gem that we frequent a great deal. Service was outstanding in our group of six and so affordable. Great value!
