Staff needs to sharpen up a bit in order to meet the quality of the food half way. Everyone was pleasant and helpful just not attentive. The food was delicious and the value was great.
We ordered a bottle of wine and intended to have a nice relaxing meal. However, we felt very rushed. My husband and I ordered an appetizer to share, and we each ordered a soup and an entree. The appetizer came out quickly, not a bad thing, but then our soup arrived when we were 2 bites into the appetizer. Our entrees then arrived before we were finished eating our soup and had just finished the appetizer. Once we were finished eating our entrees, the waitress suggested she could cork our wine and so we could take it to go. The food was good and portion sizes were appropriate. We just felt like they were trying to get rid of us the whole time we were there. It was only 45 minutes from the time we sat down until we walked out the door. Not exactly what I'm looking for when we go out for a date night.
From the beginning to the end this was a fabulous experience. I can't wait to go here again.
It was 10 days before Xmas and it was crowded. Our reserved table was in the most direct traffic flow with people often bumping into our chairs. It made for a very distracting evening. The food was pretty good but not worth the aggravation of the congestion.
Very cozy place, good variety of food, excellent taste of food
Service is friendly and excellent
I am shocked by these review. I have been to Italy and Spain. This food was terrible! The pasta was mushy, not al Dante and the cream brûlée was a quiche. Never coming back
The pizza was burnt and the raspberry creme brulee was terrible. It was not cooked/prepared properly.
It has been a little while since we visited Dagabi. I am happy to say that it is as good and enjoyable as ever. It is our go to neighborhood spot and now that winter is almost here we will be there often, close to home, cozy enough, romantic enough to warm the heart on a dark night or any night. The food and service are consistently good. The prices especially during happy hour are doable even for a large family.
Dagabi is a great choice in North Boulder. The food is reliably good and the drinks are as well. I wish they would change their menu, as I have been going there for several years and am a bit bored with the selections. The mushroom small plate is a favorite. This place is work a try.
We always marvel at how time-after-time Dagabi is able to make consistently great dishes that pleases everyone we bring along. That list includes our kids, elderly relatives and guests from as far as Germany and Spain. The ambiance and service are great too striking a nice balance just under the pretentious level.
Love the food, and service. Antonio and staff are gems, owner Noah knows what he is doing!
Neighborhood gem tucked away, and worth the couple mile drive from the bustle of Pearl Street. We went here on a busy weekend in Boulder when many lesser restaurants were full. Everything on the menu was delicious, I particularly liked the Pizza Salsiccia with wonderful wood-fired crust, and the tomato-basil pasta my wife had was delicate and flavorful !! Loved this place, will be back soon.
Tuesdays is Tapas day -- a great way to taste a variety of different foods at a very affordable price in a restaurant that has a very pleasant decor. I'm looking forward to trying out the paellas on Mondays.
The paella is perfect. The right amount of seafood. The rice is how it's in Europe and South America.
The tiramisu and coffee are to die for. The cusgomer service is the best. Manager Antonio is excellent .
It"s my favorite restaurant since I moved to Colorado.
Our fourth time here. Food is always consistently made and top-notch. I first found this place on a search for Paella, but found myself hankering for the other offerings on the menu.
