The food was good, but terribly overpriced. We've honestly enjoyed our food much more at Ruth's Chris and for 1/3 of the price. The service was EXCELLENT however; seriously tip top staff. It was extremely loud in the restaurant and difficult to carry on conversation. We are glad we went, we enjoyed the experience and we did get to shake hands with Wolfgang as he came through the restaurant, but we won't go back.

Graduation kick off dinner ! Always love this place ! Last night service and food were Excellent..and we were at last seating no one rushed us and Chef Puck took a picture with us . Solid, reliable, enjoyable .

This is a premier place to eat. Service is completely over the top and the food (steaks, sides, apps) are all touched by Wolfgang and its shows. Obviously prices will eliminate some people from eating here, but if your pocketbook can manage it, worth every dime you’ll spend.

We went for an anniversary dinner. When I made my reservation, I mentioned that in my notes and the staff paid great attention to detail. They greeted us with "happy anniversary" and wrote that on our dessert plate as well. The staff there was very attentive and friendly, from the hostess to the servers. The highlight of the night was Wolfgang Puck himself visiting our table and letting us take a photo with him! The food was very good and for the level of technique, presentation and taste, you get what you pay for and for that reason, the value was on par with the quality of the food. It's a great place to go for a special occasion. I highly recommend and I'm looking forward to going back!

Cut is far & away the best restaurant in all of Los Angeles. Chef Drew has dialed in every little detail of the menu. David is the best server we’ve ever had. He makes the meal that much more special and enjoyable. The entire staff treats you like family. Cannot recommend highly enough. If I could only go to one restaurant for the rest of my life it would no doubt be CUT!

Steaks served were not the same as the steaks shown before the meal. Pricing was VERY high for the same beef served at other local steak houses for much less. Unfortunately I wa not impressed.

I would like to start with the fact that my vocabulary is severely lacking the plethora of language to fully describe how wonderful this dining experience is each and every time my wife and I have dinner here. To start with the valet service to park the vehicle is polite and quick to respond when you arrive and need to grab the vehicle to leave the restaurant and hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you see CUT and their newly renovated lounge with a fantastic display of pictures and paintings that perfectly represent the local area culture and vibe the restaurant is attempting to garner. The lounge is the perfect place to start your night prior to dinner if you arrive early to have some drinks that will ultimately be billed to you and your table to pay at the end of the night. The food is representative of the Michelin Star they have gained from the organization itself. The meals, although basic in nature, i.e. steak from a steakhouse, is prepared exactly as requested. If you do enjoy a good steak sauce, they do have a few you can order and a couple come to the table automatically with a steak order, but their steaks require no toppings to bring out their flavored perfection. If you love steak and eat meat often, this steakhouse is top tier and a must eat while in Los Angeles, California. Yes, Wolfgang Puck owns multiple restaurants by the name, but this location, his first steakhouse location, is the only one of the CUT line that holds the Michelin Star rating. I will say however this place will leave you wanting; my wife and I do not dine at other steakhouses because of the quality of food and the level of service provided by CUT in Beverly Hills, California, and make a point, even when living out of the state, to come back at a minimum once a year for our experience. On this occasion, we did have the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Chef Wolfgang Puck himself, which was an added bonus on our 3 year anniversary and CUT's 17 year anniversary.

Food was exceptional as always, esp the bread ! Best part about going to cut is the service, specifically our waiter David. Your drinks and food taste better with him as your server. He’s knowledgeable about the restaurant, the hotel, and the history of BH. Not only that, he is very kind to my dog. David is reason I keep coming back, definitely recommend trying to sit in his section !!
