   This was such a great night for our family celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. The whole team made it such a special experience. The appetizers, the steaks (of course!), the wine, and desserts were all spectacular. Meeting Mr. Puck was a fantastic highlight to the evening as well!

   We love coming to CUT. Consistently delicious, interesting and well prepared food. Phenomenal service, and great ambiance. This New Year’s experience was no exception, everything was outstanding!!!

   Walking into CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Beverly Hills, I instantly felt the sophistication and energy of the space. From the first sip of my expertly crafted cocktail to the last bite of a flawlessly seared Japanese A5 Wagyu, every detail was executed to perfection. The service was impeccable, with a knowledgeable team guiding me through an unforgettable dining experience. Each dish was a masterpiece, rich in flavor and beautifully presented, while the sommelier’s wine pairing elevated every bite. More than just a meal, CUT delivered a culinary performance—refined, indulgent, and truly unforgettable.

   The truffled endive salad was the best and most memorable salad I’ve ever had. The steak was of course perfect.

   The food and service are good, but it is unreasonable expensive. Seems that the extra price index is applied just because. I do not think we will be back.

   Steaks were ordered medium rare and served closer to medium well and overly charred. Service was sub par - no one checked on us to receive feedback on the steak until after we were done eating. 1/2 steaks were removed from the bill. The food wasn’t anything special. Definitely a disappointing meal for what we paid. Cocktails were weak and presentation not the best for the price. Restaurant ambiance felt more like a sushi restaurant than a steakhouse…dare I say a slightly more elevated Tender Greens. I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

    I can’t believe we had not been to CUT before! We are huge steak fans and CUT is a 10/10. The steaks were phenomenal. The sides were insane. The service was flawless ….shout out to Kom & Beau! Can’t wait to return.
