After 9 years, it was great to return to Cut. The abundance of staff and the attentiveness of the staff make this restuarant stand out above all others in Southern California. Of course there's the food. Perfectly cooked and delicious. The Caipirinhas were very good and so was the wine. The non-traditional baked alaska was delicious. The Banana cream pie and banana sorbets were a delicious surprise to someone who is not a banana desert person. .... and again, there was the attentive staff. Thank you for starting out the Christmas Season for our family with joy and love.

The location, the food, the service and the staff were all excellent. The staff were very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Great evening with dear friends.

Decent modern steakhouse at prime location in Beverly Hills. Have been to this restaurant for a handful of times, although the menu has changed quite bite since the last time and overall it’s satisfying.

This is one dinner I will never forget! The service was warm and friendly, and the food was excellent. The Japanese A-5 wagyu was the hands down favorite. I highly recommend the banana cream pie!b But the highlight was when Chef Wolfgang Puck himself approached our table for a little chat and happily obliged our request for a photo.
