DESSERT SELECTION MUCH TOO LIMITED. WE HAD A BITHRDAY PERSON AND ALL THEY DID WAS STICK A CANDLE IN A DESSERT THAT SOMEONE ELSE ORDERED??

Amazing restaurant, however the Beverly Hills pricing and hotel pricing combined is ridiculous. Food and service is excellent but extremely overpriced. I love Wolfgang but prices seemed excessive
Truly a 5-Star experience from start to finish. Perfect service in an elegant setting with fantastic cuisine. Each bite was a flavor sensation. We have found our new favorite restaurant in Beverly Hills. We even had an unexpected treat when Mr. Puck stopped in and said hello to all of his guests...such a gracious host. He was even kind enough to take us back to the kitchen for a photo. Many thanks to Mr. Wolfgang Puck and his staff at CUT, Beverly Hills!

Now that that's out of the way - CUT was a great experience and definitely worth coming out to for a special occasion or fancy date night. It was the first time we had a wagyu steak from Japan and the hype is real... I didn't know beef would just melt in your mouth like that but hey, the myths aren't myths.
Everything was great from the bread, to the sides, to the steaks, to the desserts. Bring a date or bring a group, it will be awesome.

Table was ready on time on a busy Saturday night. You should arrive a little early and have a drink across the foyer in the Cut lounge. Food and service was fantastic. If you want to splurge on a very expensive but awesome steak, the Japanese wagyu is the one! A great location inside the Beverly Wilshire next to Rodeo Dr. Go for it!

Another great experience! I really wanted the rack of lamb but couldn't resist the NY sampler - Prime, American Wagyu and Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu (as good as I had in Osaka). The warmth from reception through service is so obvious - great staff really well trained! Go now!
Prime rib medium rare was overcooked
It was such a wonderful experience dining at CUT. From the moment we checked in for our reservation, we felt the hospitality from every member of the staff. Everyone was friendly with a smile and happy to have us there. The food speaks for itself. Every bite was a taste of heaven and I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone at CUT for making my dining experience a special one.
Honestly i was not happy about my food I spent over 500 just for dinner and i had to send back every single dish three times to cook as i asked them. But the waiter was really unprofessional and not taking care of my order really good. I have been to Cut so many times before i never had a problem and the food was so good but this time i had a very bad experience with the waiter and how he doesn’t get my order right. I would never go there again after this bad experience because the waiter wasn’t even apologizing for missing up my two steaks which at least each one costs 200$. I thought it’s gonna be so special for me if i go there but it turned out to be bad experience.
A great experience! I’ve been here a few times now. In my opinion, the best pure steak experience. Their A5 Wyagu is by far the best.
It’s a purists’ take on steak. This is in contrast to say Maestros or Boa, where they have seafood towers and butter cakes. I’d say those are better for entertaining.

Hi there, I was there on Monday 01-20-2020 (Cut Beverly Hills), I heard a lot of good things about it, so I wanted to take my mom there for her birthday, but to my surprise I had a worst experience.
Everything from the food to the service to the ambience was perfection!
We made reservations for a birthday and thought we would have a dining experience. We drive in from Arizona and researched various places to dine. Upon arrival we realized it was a lot like eating in a mall. The setting was not intimate and the other parties were very loud. It appeared like the place to stop and eat for a quick bite. The food was great but the ambience was not the place to go if you want to have a Wolfgang experience.
Waiter was wonderful. Food was good but I didnt think the filet was worth the cost.
As our annual anniversary tradition cut is our place to go to celebrate our anniversary and wife’s birthday. As always the food and service is excellent that’s why we return all the time. This year we had change of plans and couldn’t go to Vegas so we went to Beverly Hills cut. Same quality and excellent service. The only down fault was the service was not as compatible to Vegas they seemed to be short on staff that night but our second server was quiet attentive to us so thank you.
steak tartare was best ever , interior of the restaurant could be bit more special , the one in Singapore has better interior, more atmosphere
As always the best girl power restaurant is on fire. Both the front of the house (Ellen) and Chef (Hilary) made the experience awesome. If available be sure and try the sampler - 3 different types of NY steak. Apps and sides are fantastic and the pie cart - a must - or at least get the Baked Alaska. Cheers

Love this restaurant, bu it’s really very, very expensive. With 3 of us not drinking out of four the bill with a tip was still $600.
One of us did not even have a full entree.
