Everything from the food to the service to the ambience was perfection!
As our annual anniversary tradition cut is our place to go to celebrate our anniversary and wife’s birthday. As always the food and service is excellent that’s why we return all the time. This year we had change of plans and couldn’t go to Vegas so we went to Beverly Hills cut. Same quality and excellent service. The only down fault was the service was not as compatible to Vegas they seemed to be short on staff that night but our second server was quiet attentive to us so thank you.
steak tartare was best ever , interior of the restaurant could be bit more special , the one in Singapore has better interior, more atmosphere

Love this restaurant, bu it’s really very, very expensive. With 3 of us not drinking out of four the bill with a tip was still $600.

First of all we absolutely loved the beauty of the Beverly Wilshire. It’s so beautiful outside as well as inside. This was our first time at Cut. We were celebrating my husband and sons birthdays. The atmosphere, food and service, was exceptional! Nice menu choices. Our server was Paul. He was awesome! Very attentive.
We definitely will go back!

The service staff is amazing, but the same can’t be said about the food. I won’t be reviewing the sides as you did not choose to check out a steakhouse for grilled vegetables. The steak itself was so underwhelming. I know you have to let the steak sit, but it came out cold and it was not medium rare as requested. It was also under seasoned. I came to CUT once before and thought it was okay, but this second time was much worse. You are paying for the location and the name. I won’t be coming back.
We have been to Cut many times. We live in San Diego and whenever we are in LA we make a special trip to Cut. No frills, no multi-million dollar build out, just pure substance of outstanding food, selection, service, and welcoming attitude for any type of diner. There are many steak houses and Cut is the top. You have honed in on what matters...the welcoming attitude, the food quality and amazing personal service.
The soufflé was amazing. The steaks were just fine.
Thank you for an enjoyable holiday season dinner. Beautiful ' private' ( on upper level) table of 8 for 2 sets of family friends who met up halfway across the globe ( between UK & Australia). Efficient knowledgeable staff. Superb dishes.
The apple pie was spectacular , however i suggest more ice cream with the pie .
I was really disappointed with how downhill this restaurant has gone. The first thing we noticed was how freezing cold the whole room was, I asked if they could turn the blasting air conditioning down or at least get me a blanket (it is in the Beverly Wilshire so a simple request?), they did nothing, I was wearing a sweater as it was December 26th but after three requests, nothing. The bread and cocktails were delicious but that was all. We ordered steak tartar which came pre-prepared, it was damp, lacked flavor and not a great texture. At this point, I canceled my lamb main course because I was not paying a small fortune for sub-par food. My mother had the scallops, this main course comes with 3 small scallops on a cold plate, the sides of mashed potato and creamed spinach were under seasoned and cold, we sent them back as they were both cold and again on cold plates (our neighboring table had the same issue). Finally, at the end of the meal, the waiter made a mistake with the bill. As we were leaving we walked past the pass where all the food was exiting the kitchen, no wonder everything was cold, freezing air was blasting down from the ceiling, right onto the food. Safe to say we will not be returning after this terrible experience. I have also learned my lesson, if a restaurant is freezing cold, leave before ordering, its not worth sitting in misery and if the room is cold the food will be too. The best advice I can give if you want an amazing experience with great steak, sides, and hot plates, go to Maestros!

First time to a Wolfgang Puck restaurant. Just have to say that everything was incredible! Each of the dishes we had were complex but all the flavors complemented each other and it worked just perfectly! The place was lively for the Christmas holidays and the service was top notch! Definitely a treat!
Way overpriced for quality of food.
I was a little surprised that the meal wasn't as good as I had hoped for. The brussel sprouts were some of the worst I've had, and while the lamb was good, there are many places nearby that do it better (Bombay Palace). Lastly, the menu seemed sparse. All that said, the service was impeccable.
Once a year rams game with my daughter from New Jersey.
All food of the highest calibre I can recall ever having. All food superb, not just the steaks.
Not our 1st time here but it will be our last. Food good, but not fantastic and definitely not worth the painfully slow service.

CUT is a culinary reflection of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel- classically contemporary offerings with timeless appeal. The traditional Puck menu and extensive wine selections were idea. OurWagyu cuts and Opus One got along along famously, go figure. A CUT above.
