Always good to dine here. Brunch was delicious, again

I like the my experience quite a bit. Our service from Noel was some of the best ever, and I felt we were a little difficult sending something back twice. However, he made everything right. Mistakes happen and most of the time, it's no one's fault. This place took care of a mistake perfectly, and made us feel great. My wife was wished Happy Birthday probably 5 or 6 times. Nice touch. There was a little clunkiness in the overall night like bringing hot plates out with bare hands and needing to put them down a little urgently. My wife had the sliced filet, and although it is pre-sliced, it still came out under done. My chicken was very good, but by the time my wife's final meal came out, I was mostly done. So a few little things that make me give it 4 stars rather than 5 stars. This was our 1st time here, and we will definitely be back. However, I will say, that if our service from Noel and the managers were not as perfect as it was, we would maybe just stick with our other Southlake/Grapevine high-end options. I think this is probably a 5 star place most nights. I would maybe give them 4.5 stars if that was an option.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight at Chez Fabian. Our service was outstanding and the food was really good! A great place for a date night!

Always the best hospitality. My friend and I met for brunch as soon as the doors opened at 10:30! Didn’t think to take a photo but the Avocado toast (served with two eggs) was delicious! We also ordered the beef sliders (2) with truffle sauce and they were absolutely delicious too! We shared both plates. Their coffee menu never disappoints! Perfect Cappuchino! 🍀

What a cool little spot! We go to Bacchus and Harvest Hall a lot so we decided to give this a try. It was a Thursday night so we had the place to ourselves for the first hour. Carmen, one of the sommeliers, showed us around and made some excellent recommendations. The wine, atmosphere, and service are outstanding. We'll definitely be back!
