Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. We also received the Thai select award from the UK Thai Embassy which certifies authenticity and the freshness of our ingredients.We’re a young team of enthusiastic individuals, who over the last few years have bought our passion and skills to the table. Really enjoyed the spices, flavours and the fish dishes (halibut and tiger prawns). I may try one of the pork dishes next time as they looked great. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Hope to go back soon

I accidentally booked the wrong date for a large party but they dealt with it excellently and everyone had a great time. Quick service, great food. More GF options would be a plus, but what was there was lovely.

We had a truly wonderful dinner at The Thai Square Mansion House. The moment we walked in, we were captivated by the beautiful décor, which set such a lovely tone for the evening. The food was absolutely delightful, and our waitress was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. It was an experience that really touched us!
