Bida Manda is a set of Sanskrit ceremonial terms for father and mother. We named our restaurant to honor our parents in Laos, who passed down their love of food and the belief in its power to bring people together.Lao cuisine, shaped by the lush landscape, a spirit of generosity, and a French colonial past, is deeply connected to nature and memory.
