- EEssylVIPChicago / Illinois •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoMuch better vibes than the River North location! No Omakase experience here though...but they have an amazing happy hour that features delicious cocktails, wine, sake, sushi rolls, and small bites. Kids menu is wonderful and offers many options. My son's fruit cup had mold in it, but that was quickly swapped for a fresh one. Service was spectacular! Definitely not traditional Japanese cuisine. Menu is filled with Asian fusion dishes with a heavy Japanese influence. The sashimi/nigiri list is solid and that is probably the most Japanese part of the menu. One of my favorite sushi restaurants in Chicago!More infoSUSHI-SAN - Lincoln ParkPrice: Moderate• Sushi• Lincoln Park•4.9
