From the moment we walked in, everything about this restaurant was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were incredibly attentive without being intrusive, and the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Everything was great, though it took awhile for the food to come, our waitress checked on the progress of our dinner and got back to us as we were beginning to wonder. Thank you for the great complimentary Birthday dessert it was delicious ! The bill gives you after tax tip amounts which is not standard.

This is an amazing place to celebrate anything. Absolutely wonderful experience. Matthew was an attentive and helpful server. The managers checked in. The service was great. The New York was perfectly seasoned and delicious. They have such cute touches like the menu says happy birthday, there is a card wishing a happy birthday, & ice cream wish a fun sparkler. We truly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend!

If you’re a steak aficionado, Dawson’s is the place to go in Sacramento. The steaks are delicious, masterfully cooked, and the servers treat you like royalty. The restaurant even gave me a complimentary dessert since it was my birthday.
