Best Spanish Restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea

We went there for the first time. The food, service and ambiance was first class. Everything was delicious. They only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and duck fat. No seed oils. I highly recommend we visit this area 4 times a year and this will be a stop on every visit.

Jan 10 was their inaugural evening and I must say the food, ambiance, and the staff were great and most of all very well trained. The food choices and portions were perfect, flavors delightfully unique, and surrounding decor was like a Hollywood movie. Angelo, our waiter couldn’t have been more pleasurable and knowledgeable. Bernard was funny and engaging and efficient. Eduard our host was most welcoming and checked in with us just enough to be sure our every desire was met. As yachters wintering in Ft Lauderdale, we will be certain to visit Sotogrande again.

Great selection of tapas and all the food was delicious. The service was excellent and the ambience was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Super nice restaurant, they have live music I believe every night. The food is always delicious never disappoints, I recommend going on a Tuesday or Wednesday because they have 50% off paella which are delicious and its a nice place to have some tapas as well, i have tried almost all of the tapas and they are all so good.

Excellent restaurant highly recommended, very authentic Spanish food, good service and reasonable price. The Spanish decorations is very inviting! This was my third time going to Candela with friend and family and I am always satisfied! We’ll go back for sure.
