Opened in 1972, it has long been the epitome of the family run Indian restaurant. Having undergone several improvements over the years, Sheba is contemporary and smart, decorated in a fiery red with Bollywood movies playing on the big screen. A host of awards and accolades are proof of Sheba’s ability to produce what is widely accepted to be the best Indian, Bangladeshi and Pakistani cuisine on Brick Lane, with connoisseurs returning time and again to sample fine vegetarian, meat and indeed seafood dishes.
