Best Shellfish Restaurants in West Hartford

We had excellent service From Kevin our Server. I had the mussels with the white broth and my wife had the Peking Duck that was outstanding. Definitely need to keep those 2 on the menu. The atmosphere was really nice too. It was a great night and experience overall.

Although we had reservations we got seated with a little persistent kind of quickly. Unfortunately I felt really bad for the hostess she did as best as she could with what she could control. My biggest concern is that it’s literally been about 5 years since I’ve visited this location and reason being the place is over crowded to get in. I think for a well established restaurant that the management team would be more proficient. The  waitress we had was very friendly and lightened the mood from being frustrated. And with that said I really hope that Red Lobster can address and correct this matter. As I would like to return to my favorite restaurant. Sincerely Gary Wilson

Since you do all the work on your phone, ordering it and paying for it, the 20% tip mandate seems exorbitant when all the workers had to do is walk out with the plates.
