Fantastic dinner and really lovely staff. Gave us a little birthday treat for my friend which was unexpected and extremely kind. Food delicious as always. Highly recommend.

I called in advance to see if a table for 4 people and a pram would work. I was assured it would. I also put this as a note on my opentable booking. We get there and they’ve reserved us at a table upstairs. The stairs are windy and narrow. I don’t think a pram wouod have fit up them even if we’d tried. The staff didn’t offer to help or try and help find a solution. We asked if we could be downstairs due to this. They set us up at two small tables where all 4 chairs are facing the wall. Yes there was space for the pram ultimately but the comfort and experience was unfortunately impacted. It’s a shame cause I double checked and was assured it would be fine. Going places with a pram can be stressful at times due to reasons like the above. It’s a shame the Pizza Room did not help make this a better experience. We had to wait around for them to make up these tables and I was embarrassed for us and the people I had invited for lunch. I will keep ordering from the Pizza Room as I really love their food even though it’s pricy. But I don’t know if I’ll go in person again and feel let down by the customer service here.

The pizzas were excellent. Really fast service too. I would have preferred more drinks to be on offer for e.g G&T.

Lovely jazz bar near the Gherkin. Great music, really friendly helpful staff. Unlike some other music venues talking is not discouraged while the band is playing which makes for a nice vibe.

A really good night out. The karaoke was a lot of fun. Although a lot of the song choice was limited because it had to go through an app. I haven't seen that before at a karaoke gig. But then, I don't get out very often these days! Considering where the bar is, right in the City of London, I thought the prices were very reasonable and the staff were friendly and we had a lot of fun...
