- AAlexVIPMiami - Dade •9 reviews5.0Dined on Jul 4, 2025First time visit and this was a memorable experience. First, the place is gorgeous. It is modern, with a flare of mystery. Just by the looks I knew we were in for a treat. The service was one of the best I have ever had. Danielle was our server and she elevated the already amazing experience. We threw so many questions at her and she handled everything with confidence and care. Her recommendations were on point and she knew all the details how the food is prepared. She really wowed us and I can already tell you we are coming back. and you gonna bet your behind we are going to request for Danielle if she is working. The level of attentiveness, knowledge, kindness, and just overall great human vibes is something I haven’t seen in a very long time. The food was the star of the show! We ordered so many things but these are the must order items: Pulpo Entero that was incredible and big to share amongst 8 people. The gyozas were very well executed. We also had various ceviches. The Ganador and el del barrio were phenomenal. For entrees, lomo saltado tradicional, risotto lomo saltado, and the Pargo entero were so good. By the way, the portions are HUGE, so between one appetizer and an entree, you are good for 2 people and possibly it able to finish it all. We also had the trilogy mousse dessert. Well worth it if going with a larger group. All in all, the food was incredible but the service is what really made this experience one for the books. I would give it more stars if possibleMore infoCVI.CHE 105 - Coral GablesPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Coral Gables•4.8

- LLeoVIPRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •48 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 27, 2025Outstanding service. Amazing quality. We tried classics. The Pulpo al Olivo was perfection. The Ceviche Clasico (make sure you ask for Corvina) like the best I have tried in Lima. The seafood rice, enough to take some home. We will keep coming back!More infoAromas Del Peru - Coral GablesPrice: Moderate• Peruvian• Coral Gables•4.6
- TTerryMiami - Dade •30 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 8, 2025Our Server, Maria Jose, made our stay an amazing one. Took time to explain several dishes, and made sure I was really comfortable with my food. I am Diabetic and can’t stand spicy food. She was attentive that my dishes were ok with me, she also recommended certain dishes that we found terrific. This Lady made our dinner a wonderful one. We are definitely returning and specifically asking for her. Thank you Maria Jose!! This old lady has traveled the world and really understands what a good service really means.
